The Brittany is one of the most popular breeds of gun dog. The Brittany was first recognized in France in 1896. Female Brittanys use their intelligence to connive, manipulate, and get there way while male Brittanys are easily persuadable. Some Brittanys are born with short tails and others are born with long tails which are often docked in countries where this is legal.
